NWA Pro wrestling signs with the WWE.

One of the more imposing figures of the NWA Pro just recently signed a developmental deal with the WWE. KAFU who can be seen in the NWA Pro Wrestling’s: Fiesta Lucha was building a reputation as a Bruiser Brody-esque wrestler who would simply over power the competition. KAFU, who was a regular for Northern California’s All Pro Wrestling, wrestled in various parts of Mexico, California, and Puerto Rico. In his most recent APW stint, he captured their Universal Heavyweight Champion. Known in APW as the Brazilian Beast, KAFU was considered one of the most lethal competitors in their ring. Things were no different for the Mighty KAFU in the NWA rings. KAFU was starting to build a no non-sense reputation and working his way up the ranks to receive a show at the North American Heavyweight Championship. Congratulations to KAFU from all of us at the National Wrestling Alliance Fan Site and we sincerely hope this isn’t the last time we see you in a NWA ring.
