NWA Turns 60!

Psychotic Sid Vicious and the National Wrestling Alliance Take Over Philips Arena Saturday, June 7 at 7:30 PM. Tickets go on sale Saturday May 3rd at 10:00 AM, but you can take advantage of this Philips Arena pre-sale offer and get your tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

The NWA is marking its 60th year of promoting Pro-Wrestling. Obviously this show is set to feature former WWF & WCW World Champion Sid. There is talk that Rob Conway would also be featured. It wouldn’t surprise me if there was a strong contingent of current NWA Showcase wrestlers, i.e. Joey Ryan, Eugene, Brent Albright, Psicosis, TJ Perkins, Tag Team World Champions: Los Luchas, and World Heavyweight Champion: Adam Pearce. I’d also like to speculate the involvement of NWA Anarchy and NWA Virgina. I’m very excited about the show. I unfortunately won’t be in attendance, but I look forward to watching what could be the next step in the evolution of the NWA.

One could imagine that this will be the NWA’s version of Wrestlemania.

After my conversation with David Marquez, this isn’t mean to be a Wrestlemania type event, just a great show. Sorry if I over hyped anyone with my own commentary. I still think its should be a great card.
